Short Progressive Run

I just finished a 6.209km running that lasted about 0hh:29mm:49ss !

Without time for more today since my boss has scheduled a short notice meeting, I have run 6km in pure progression and aerobical way except the last 500m on which I pressed the accelerator to keep an average pace of 3'40"/km, just to remove some tensions and stresses.

The day has been amazing, we have had the typical winter sun shining on top but still cold temperature, excellent conditions for running indeed.

For the moment I don't have a consistent plan, I have too much work lately but I only have one target race in mind, to be done on the third week of january 2020 so, I guess I will have a quiet christmas holidays without pressing so much on trainings since I have some time.

For the moment I want to finish all my work at the office in order to go on holidays in a quiet way...
