Good start of the week
I just finished a 8.708km running that lasted about 0hh:44mm:17ss !
Very good feelings while running today.
My plan was to perform a progressive 8km run, starting smoothly and finishing stronger, nothing important to start the week well.
However, I found a friend on the athletic track that had a nice fartlek.
36 rhythm changes, 18 Fast intervals changes (3'40 "/ km) with 18 slow Intervals (5 '/ km) of 30 seconds each...
I thought it was a good plan to start the week somehow strong so, after running around 4km in progression I decided to join his training...
...And I don't regret about it, because I really enjoyed it.
Keep on running!

...and enjoy a good recovery !BEER .
Beautiful picture! It brought back decades-old nostaliga: that feeling before a sprint down the main straight in the cold morning air. That was all so very long ago...
Never is too late for starting again
