Day 680 | Family Time

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I went home quite early yesterday and was back in my place late which gave me some good family time away from my pc. I'm also having a small relapse for now after having an excellent 10 day streak and will be looking to get back at this making a clear plan soon. I will get a haircut on wednesday and will see if I join the evening hot yoga session. I fear my new found trenght from last week will be gone already.
