My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2019

Hi friends!, it has been. Along time since my activity count reach a minimum that I can post. By the way, today I did a lot of activities both home and outside home. I after Church I had to help my wife in drawing water from a well. I was able to fetch three which was quiet OK for the day.
