Activies:
Walked around the community and used the treadmill

Meals🍴

(Fasting Ended at 12:36pm )

  • Lunch : Sald, sautéed cabbage and carrots, spicy fried chicken

  • Snack: fresh Banana, bread pudding, boiled peanuts

  • Dinner: chicken menudo

  • Dessert : peanut butter sandwich, 2 snickers, dark chocolate macadamia

(Fasting started at 4:09 pm)

2 snickers mini I can only assume?!? Today I've accomplished very little, but I spent the whole past week running around and moving house, so I crashed today. Bruno Mars has been in my head "don't feel like picking up my phone" 😂 and I didn't!!!

Only ate chapati and some vadai, a banana and some green tea.. Plus a couple little biscuit snacks with tea.. Time to decide what's for dinner if anything

Great post. I eat about 5 meals aday not including snacks and I go gym 3 to 4 days a week I like to stay healthy . You look great keep up the good work 👍🏾 x $trdo !DERANGED
