Almost the same I did every morning, I went for a walk around the community.
Then head to the gym and warm up in the treadmill. My weight training wasn't track on my actifit as usual.
Later on, we played basketball and walked around the community.

- Lunch : baked chicken parmesan with marina sauce
- Snack: half macadamia dark chocolate bar
- Dinner: left over egg and tuna salad
- Dessert : 6 tablespoons peanut butter
(Fasting started at 4:18pm)
