My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2020

Almost the same I did every morning, I went for a walk around the community.

Then head to the gym and warm up in the treadmill. My weight training wasn't track on my actifit as usual.

Later on, we played basketball and walked around the community.


(Fasting Ended at 2pm )

  • Lunch : baked chicken parmesan with marina sauce
  • Snack: half macadamia dark chocolate bar
  • Dinner: left over egg and tuna salad
  • Dessert : 6 tablespoons peanut butter

(Fasting started at 4:18pm)

Basketball, Treadmill, Walking


Day off for me today fortunately, with a classical weekly split upper-lower-rest-upper-lower.

I’ll be introducing cardio in a couple of weeks and begin my cut, have any food advices?


Hmmm.. What do you usually eat?

Am trying to cut down my carbs, been consuming way too much lat month.

180 pro, 400 cho, 90 fat at the moment.

Usually I prefer rice and cereals like oats as carbs source, mainly white eggs and chicken for protein and peanut butter for good fat.

Some fish recipes maybe? :D

Early morning everyday in my life I started physical exercises outside of home. I continuesly doing it without missing. Today I ate rice and curry. Most of days I take rice for my meals. Nice actifit count.
