Slow and steady, that's what today's actifit. I never like eating my first meal before my workout because I can't workout that well. I felt heavy even after an hour after having my meal, also because I had pizza.
Anyways, at least I was able to burn some calories today and tomorrow is another day and I have to pump my self at the gym!

- Lunch : 3 slices of pizza
- Dinner: 2 pcs chicken cutlet, a sunny side up, 1/4.cup of spanice rice
- Dessert : peanut butter sandwich
