It has been reported that Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been given one month to turn things around at the Emirate stadium. One month may look too short but within this month there is every possibility that about four to five matches will be played within this period, with the way things are now the likelihood of Arsenal winning any of the matches is schedules, for a team that has lost confidence level at home and while playing away a think the best shot would have been to give the manager a two matches deadlines or be shown an exit door. From day one I have never supported the hiring of Unai Emery as Arsenal's manager for the fact that Arsenal is not a club that uses money to buy players, as such changing a long time manager will required an experienced and a coach that has coached in the English Premier League previously and not a manager that can hardly speak English neither coach any English team previously. Emery would have succeed if the board had built a strong team before the departure of Arsene Wenger who happened to have served the club for more than two decades.

The tradition of building players from academy into the main team is gradually fading away as teams are more and more results oriented and not living anything thing for chance. While Unai Emery will be blamed for lackluster performance of Arsenal in the recent time, the Arsenal board should not be spell as well for not investing in the team like the other big clubs in the English premier league have done over the years. The board are more concern about the money and profit making than seeing Arsenal returning to their glory days of football at the domestic level and even in Europe.
Sacking the Arsenal boss may not bring the club back but it may as well set the tone for who so ever might be the next Arsenal manager that the club may not be as Patience as they may think after all. The players as well need to be overhaul as it us clear that more than 60% of the current squad does not deserved to be wearing Arsenal's jersey. Some of the players lack the qualities to be playing for a team like Arsenal, especially the defense line. It is becoming a norm nowadays for Arsenal to concede goals at home or away and this has really affected the psychology of the players when it comes to winning.

The question is, if he stays or goes, will that have an effect impact that will bring back the arsenal that we have onced known. Like you said, the club has totally focused on making profit rather than returning the club to it past glory. I won't even be surprised if they appoint a new manager, whosoever it may be and the same thing keeps going on.
