Chelsea 0 - MU 2

Manchester United beat Chelsea 2-0 at Stanford Bridge today, it was not a great game the most amazing thing I can get out of it is how bad can a referee be? This guy Taylor actually gifted MU the win. Lets see an elbow to the face is an automatic red card, he didn't send off Martial though, not even a yellow and he went on to score the first MU goal.

He yellow carded William for faking a foul very close to the area line, it wasn't a penalty but it was a foul another big mistake. Then he disallowed a goal by Zouma for a push from Azpilicueta against an MU defender which is true, but before Azpilicueta pushed Fred had pushed him so it should have been a penalty.

But frankly the biggest joke is the one he disallowed for Giroud, he had one toe ahead of the defender in the TV shot from which the decision was made, only thing is the ball had already left the player who made the pass, another very gross mistake by the referee, and also the defenders hand is aligned with Giroud's foot, I have seen goals disallowed for the hand being ahead of the defender.

And I agree we are all humans and we are all liable to make mistakes but this guy's mistakes all went against Chelsea kind of hard to believe. Also VAR was only used to disallow the goals other blatant fouls were not even looked at, for example Bruno Fernandez should have been sent off, a very bad showing for English referees today.

And no, I am not a Chelsea fan I couldn't care less who won, I am a Liverpool fan, but this kind of refereeing is really enough to piss me off. And then I was also taking glimpses at the Milan - Torino game and that was a total disappointment what a lousy game, at least the Chelsea game was entertaining.
