Rangers win first Scottish Premiership title in 10 years to end Celtic dominance

Steven Gerrard team Rangers just became the Scottish champions after Celtic played a 0-0 draw with Dundee United thus ensuring Rangers go 20 points and win League.

Rangers 3-0 win against St Mirren yesterday and Celtic draw today ensured that Celtic bid for the 10th successive crown ended. Rangers league title win also makes it the earliest the League.

The new champions who have been outstanding this season, went on to recorded 88 points in 32 games, with 28 win, 4 draws and 0 loss get to be champions after a long wait of 10 years.

The Glasgow club which got relegated in 2012 after suffering a financial collapse and who just returned five year ago to top flight action ended their take in a remarkable fashion with 6 matches remaining.
