Robert Lewandowski opened scoring in the 7th minutes in game against Freiburg to break the 42 years old record. The came just after 16 games in the league.

The Polish international who picked up from where he stopped last where he scored 55 goals in 47 games and won the FIFA men best player awards and was one goal shy of picking up the European golden shoe which was eventually won by Ciro Immobile.

Lewandowski will be looking to do much more this season and to pick up more individual awards and eventually win the Ballon D'Or. At this rate I believe season will be a great one for Him.

Do you see Lewandowski picking up the Ballon d'Or this year?
