Tottenham 4-0 Burnley: Brilliant Bale fires brace as Spurs hit four past the Clarets
Gareth Bale is back! The Wales International gave a glimpse of who he with a dashing display has he helped his side with a brace and an assist in the 4-0 thrashing of Burnley at the New White Hart Lane.
Spurs got on the scoresheet as early 70 seconds into the first half after Gareth bale converted a cross from Son Heung-Min’s past Nick Pope to put his team ahead.
After the first goal, Spurs looked very dangerous on the ball and there efforts were rewarded 15 minutes later has Bale laid an assist to Harry Kane for the second goal. Lucas Moura then put Spurs 3-0 ahead before half time.
The game was wrapped off in the 55th minutes has Bale put off any hope Burnley had has he converted a cross from Son to put the game to bed.
Tottenham win now see them move ahead of Arsenal to the 8th spot in the English Premier League table
