Barcelona Leads La Liga Standings - Again!

Quite a turn of events, La Liga is by far the most interesting league this season. Clubs are really fighting to solidify their positions at the mid-season. After the 18th day of La Liga, it is FC Barcelona leading the race.
Well, it has been a frantic ride for the Catalans. They've been in close contention with Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, and Real Sociedad. All of these clubs have performed their very best this season including Euro and Champions league appearances in the knockout stage.
After 18 matches, Barcelona tallied 39 points while Real Madrid has 37. Barcelona pulled after defeating Alaves and Real Madrid held a draw against Athletic Bilbao. Barcelona and Real Madrid have both struggled in their opening season opening with defeats after defeats and draws. In fact, it was a tight race of 7 in the opening stages of the season.

Now, it will still be a very tough and tight group for these clubs. Through out the decade, it was only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid who got La Liga titles and these clubs have been solid throughout the years.
I'm a Barcelona fan yet I admit this season has a lot of uncertainty both in Champions League, La Liga, and Copa del Rey. So, it will be much exciting to witness their grace because believe me the competition is very high in Spain :)

Ya this was the most awaited match in the league and the intense was really high through out the match, I really missed Ronaldo this time ... Otherwise it would be very interesting to see both messi and him on the field.
This high competition has made the La Liga even more interesting and I hope Real Madrid to win at the end. Benzema is in a very good form and hopefully he will be doing the same till the end of the session along with Rodrygo.
