Soon time for the Premier Leauge again...

It has been a busy summer for football fans so far. I have enjoyed the FIFA World Cup for women, the AFCON 2019, the Copa America, the competition for the Central American and North American nations, and currently, I am paying attention to the qualification rounds for the Europe League and the Champions League.

But, I also know that it is only a matter of a few weeks, and it will be time for the Premier League kick-off once again. But, I haven't had the time to get so enthusiastic about it yet, simply because there has been so much other stuff to watch, or maybe because there hasn't been as many big signings and giant news coming from the Premier League, and thus, I haven't had the chance to get as enthusiastic as I normally am before the start of a new season.

It is also interesting, I just wanted to search for the Premier League schedule, but as I mentioned in my article about the difference between Ecosia and Google (and the advantages and more), I didn't get to see any schedule at all as my search result was shown in Bing. But, I just used the #G shortcut and did the search again, and at once I got to see the schedule for the first Premier League matches in the 2019-20 season.

The first match will be played between Liverpool and Norwich on August 9th, which is a Friday. The match will start at 20.00 GMT, that is, 21.00 CET.

The following day we will start with a match between West Ham and Manchester City, and several other matches. The highligher, however, of the Premier League opening weekend will be the match between Chelsea and Manchester United. They will play at Old Trafford, and after an awful start and end on the previous season for Manchester United, a victory would be needed to get the players and Solskjaer back on track before the new season. But, the Norwegian coach hasn't managed to get the new players needed during the transfer period this summer, and I honestly have big doubts about how Manchester United will be able to perform this season in the Premier League.

Chelsea is a team hard to predict, and it will be interesting to see how they will do without Eden Hazard, my big favorite player in Chelsea in the last seasons. They still have great players, but the big X-factor might have left London with him.

Will the 2019-20 season be yet another rat race between Liverpool and Manchester City, or will other teams be able to join in the battle? Or will both the mentioned teams fail? I can imagine that Liverpool will have a tough time doing as well as last season, but I do not really see which team will be able to compete with Manchester City... they are simply too good!

What do you think? Which team will you cheer for in the upcoming Premier League season? And which team do you believe will win the upcoming season? I would love to hear your thoughts and comments!

Liverpool might be the winner, followed by Citizens, Chelsea and Tottenham. Not sure about ManU and Arsenal.....I think they will not get in TOP 4.
