Recycling Formula One Parts Into Furniture
What do you buy someone who has it all? I know people who seem to have everything and the kitchen sink. There is a market for used Formula One parts and cars being stripped down and made into household items. I think this is a great idea for a motor sport fan and something totally different.
I have seen bar stools made out of used formula one tires and they actually looked comfortable and totally different. I wouldn't mind a bar with that type of theme and wish I had enough money to really go to town on things. Maybe in the future at some point as I like unique things.

Only a 1000 Euro's or so.
I think this looks pretty neat and is made out of the Mercedes gear shifters used when Nico Rosberg and Hamilton were team mates. These are genuine used parts and it gives an industrial look.

A table made out of a crankshaft.
I tried to find the bar stools made out of the tires and couldn't find any and there were only coffee tables which in my opinion weren't as classy. There seems to be two types one with the tire and then one with the rim.

The good thing is some industrious creative people have manged to make a business out of these things and good luck to them.
The lamps were actually very classy. The crank shaft table a bit less so and the coffee tables the least of all.

These are very coll things. I'd love to have a few but I bet each piece has it's history and the price is set accordingly. You have to pay for the history as well I think.
@cryptoandcoffee, Definitely many will prefer that and in my opinion this is something very unique market place and without any doubt more sports enthusiasts will prefer these products.

Very interesting. I used an anchor this past weekend that was made out of wheel hub... Does that count? The camshaft table is pretty awesome. I bet they cost a pretty penny though.
