Dos Venzolanos fueron capturados por el personal de serenazgo al ser sido asaltar, golpear y desfigurar a Luis Miguel Huamantico Charca quien se quiso rehusar a ser víctima de robo por parte de estos hampones.

Estos venezolanos fueron identificados como Jesús Alfredo Leal Cortes de 23 años y Luis Fernando Pérez Motta de 27 años; ambos ciudadanos fueron trasladados a la comisaría del distrito donde continúan las investigaciones
