Just like they said "The Internet Has No Manners", they should be ready to get negative feedback when they become part of the internet.

If they can't handle it they can always hire a social media manager to delete any of the bad comments for them. I just find it a bit crazy that these people are so thin skinned that the comments of a total stranger would affect them so badly.
