RE: Bozzlife: Is it time for a change?

So. I am definitely not a GU bandwagon jumper. I've been on that wagon from the start. Before the start even :)

Tennessee is probably a good choice. I like Nashville, and Memphis too for that matter. There's the possibility of the Peyton Manning curse (rumor has it that Archie is still pissed that he didn't go to Mississippi). Besides they have a great fight song...

You could sort of ease into GU this year and be in place next year so as to not be a wagon jumper...

Sigh. I don't guess I'll watch any football tonight. I'm looking forward to see who the other team is in the playoffs in '22. Clemson, Alabama and Ohio State but who else? Jeeze.

Haha, yeah, I hear you. It is hard when you have a powerhouse team like that. You tend to get all of the recruits and the cycle just continues. Sorry, I can't do it. Everyone would say "oh look at you bandwagon jumper". I am probably going to go with Tennessee. I still need to make it to Memphis some day. That might be during our next trip since it is only like an hour or two West.

GU is fairly famous for making it without the 'big time recruits'. Jalen Suggs is the second ever McDonalds All American (Zach Collins). Most of GUs really big studs have been foreign nationals. In fact this team has two from France and one from Mali (who is going to be a serious stud at center).

But, after all, better ribs in Memphis AND Nashville than in Spokane :)

I just thought of San Diego State, too. Good program, good coaching and nobody will accuse you of jumping on after last years team :)
