I installed my newly bought bench press last week and I'm ready to do sume muscle strainghtening exercises again even though I still need to get some more weights and a wider barbell. I will be browsing youtube the coming days to find some good basics for a well-balanced workout routine. Wednesday was pretty regular day with some crypto stuff during the day and a football match to watch in the evening.
