Day 1110 | Lazy Wednesday & 40-Minute Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I wasn't all too active on Wednesday spending a lot of time just on my couch with my laptop. I did go out in the early evening to what was planned to be another 2-hour walk to compensate but some dark clouds wisely made me cut it short followed by some heavy rain. I still did some bench presses with slightly increased weight to where I started and continue to eat plant healthy plant based drinking a lot of water so all is fine.

I plan to make Thursday into a more productive day

Good way to track your progress. I like that you are getting your 8 hours sleep a night consistently. Many people forget how important that is. I'm researching for a post on that topic at the moment.
