Day 1129 | Water Fasting Day & 90-Minute Walk
I did no eating yesterday making it into a water fasting day in an attempt to still have lost some weight over the week despite having quite some off days eating pizza, bread, cookies and potato chips. I also went on a 90-Minute early evening walk and it's nice to see the crypto markets having some kind of recovery.
