Day 1165 | 5th Morning Run


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm getting used to my routine of doing a run each morning and things continue to go quite well even though I cheated yesterday eating some potato chips and bread. I guess the 90-days won't be perfect but as long as I keep up the general consistency and see some actual results I'm fine with that. At this point this is not a danger.
