Day 1176 | Eating Healthy & Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a good friday where I resisted the temptation of getting some potato chips but instead stuck to healthy food in a couple bananas and some baked kidney beans with lots of herbs & some soup. I also went on an evening walk, managed to drink 3 liter of Water while making it into a productive day.

On Saturday I plan to do a morning run and make it into a water fasting day with an eye to get back to a lower weight level.

I'm doing quite fine, making these daily blogs has really become a good routine as it does help not to drift away too much or too long in bad habits. I'm still in search for the awareness where everything goes automatically without any temptations though :-)

With the end of covid in sight, I'm getting more active again trying to lose the corona-kilos as they say

Nice one. It's great one pays attention to thehealth. I've not been playing close notice to this aspect as I eat junks this days and little or exercise. I guess it's high time I come up with a consistency challenge of my own.

If anything, it really worked for me to not let myself go fully into bad habits always looking in the mirror kind of while making these daily posts which has become a routine that really works for me.
