Day 1177 | Morning Run + Evening Walk & Fasting


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was the 2nd day in a row where I did everything according to the plan. I went for a 12-14 minute morning run while sticking to liquid food (soup & proteine shake) during the day once again getting a 3 liter of water intake. I also managed to be quite productive and even went on an extra evening 60-Minute walk. I'm still a long way from where I want to get though and Sunday will most likely be another discipline test.
