Day 1429 | Daily Morning Run
Monday was the 4th day in a row that I went on a daily run in the morning right after waking up and I plan to keep this routine going making it into a habit and building upon it making the runs slightly longer as time the weeks pass by. Right now I'm taking the minimum approach where putting in the effort to actually go out is the most important thing.
I didn't end up going to the hot yoga in the early evening as my skin in quite bad at the moment which actually should be an extra reason to go. Tuesday will be another family day and there is no Football in the weekend which makes me want join 6 hot yoga sessions in a row on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This should drastically improve my skin in a short period of time and fully get me going again. I will see how it goes but I for sure will be putting most my focus on health and fitness the coming week.
I also managed to eat clean on Monday just sticking to soup with lots of vegetables and water also drinking a proteine shake in the morning. On Tuesday I plan to do some intermittent fasting just eating once in the evening while again drinking plenty of water.
