With the £150 million pegged on Erling Haaland there is difficulty in getting a club who could spend a huge amount to get him, Chelsea has been the most active team showing interest in him but right now Manchester United has joined the transfer and they are hoping to add player plus money to get him which was rejected by Dortmund.
According to the reports, Manchester United will try to lure him by putting cash on Martial to sign Haaland." However, Martial has been struggling lately. In the 2020-2021 season, he scored 4 goals and provided 3 assists in the English Premier League. He had a disappointing season with frequent injuries and ups and downs. Manchester United, who signed Jadon Sancho, also have Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood as side wingers.
Martial is on a contract with United until June 2024, but he is still only 25 years old. However, the negotiations are unlikely to be easy as there are reports that Dortmund are reluctant to negotiate a player for Haaland. Chelsea also tried to include Tommy Abraham or Callum Hudson-Odoi in their cash to lower the transfer fee, but their offer were rejected. there is still a possibility that Chelsea will be the one yo sign him if at all Dortmund hopes to sell him.

Now the competition gets very tough for the signing of the Norwegian forward. With the bids from elite clubs Borussia Dortmund might be forced to sell out their young sensation. I would if I was in their shoes though, 150 million pounds is quite a tempting offer.
