Who is Naha ..?

I haven't written any posts for a long time, but so far I always read posts from sportstalk friends, even sports news and its developments I always follow here.

However, from some of my friends' posts, I saw that there were several posts that were hit by a down vote, this was done by an account named @naha. Who is @naha ..? In my opinion, he does not appreciate friends' posts on sportstalk, he does things that are detrimental to others, by down votes, the post is invaluable. He casually voted down on friends' posts and did not appreciate their efforts.

Is it because he is a high-level account and has high strength, he (@naha) likes to downvote posts from colleagues. I have explored the post @naha he also quoted from several sources, so it is the same as the posts of other colleagues.

Who is @naha ..? Don't just downvote your friends' posts, you appreciate the efforts of colleagues in making posts.
