Greetings, Hive friends, today I'm going to share with you this Walking workout I did in the rural settlement of Montero, in the community of Villa de Cura, Zamora municipality, Aragua state.
Cabe destacar que este entrenamiento los hice el día de hoy jueves, activando la aplicación Strava, para salir a la 5:57 am desde la avenida Lisandro Hernández, a un ritmo de un 60% de mi mejor marca, al llegar al monumento de Ezequiel Zamora, con un tiempo de 21 minutos. Después continúe avanzando por la carretera nacional buscando la entrada del asentamiento campesino El Samán, una vez que crucé la carretera para comenzar adentrarme al asentamiento campesino, pude observar las siembras de maíz, que

It's worth noting that I completed this training session today, Thursday, using the Strava app. I set off at 5:57 a.m. from Lisandro Hernández Avenue, running a pace 60% of my personal best. I reached the Ezequiel Zamora monument with a time of 21 minutes. I then continued along the national highway, looking for the entrance to the El Samán peasant settlement. Once I crossed the highway to begin entering the settlement, I could see the corn fields, which had been small a short time ago, but were now larger and fuller.

Después de en una de las esquinas me desvié al sector Dimas, para comenzar a subir, pude encontrar algunas matas que todavía tenían algo de mangos, me detuve para agarrar algunos que sobresalían y otros que se habían caído al suelo.
Once I completed the 3K distance, with a time of 29 minutes and 50 seconds, and to go further, I decided to walk along the part of the mountain near Las Antenas Hill. I also walked toward a road that has no exit, to return along the same path and return to El Samán. After turning off at one of the corners, I turned into the Dimas sector to begin the climb. I was able to find some bushes that still had some mangoes on them. I stopped to grab some that were sticking out and others that had fallen to the ground.
Llegué al final de esta carretera y me devolví, este retorno es pura bajada, luego de salir del sector Dimas,continúe por la ruta de El Samán. Después llegué al Samán, y empecé a subir para llegar al sector Santa Eduviges, pasando por La Represa y luego llegar nuevamente al centro de Villa de Cura, finalizando en el mismo punto de salida, recorriendo una distancia de 11.5 K, con un tiempo de 2 horas, con un desnivel positivo 128 m y un desnivel máximo 602 m, registrado en la aplicación Strava.
I reached the end of this road and turned back. This return is all downhill. After leaving the Dimas sector, I continued along the El Samán route. After arriving at El Samán, I began to climb to reach the Santa Eduviges sector, passing through La Represa and then reaching the center of Villa de Cura again, finishing at the same starting point. I covered a distance of 11.5 km, took 2 hours, had a positive elevation gain of 128 m, and a maximum elevation gain of 602 m, recorded on the Strava app.
