Second day of the Champions League: Real Madrid defeat and Bayern Munich's poker

The second day of the Champions League was really very interesting because unlike Tuesday in which all the Big players confirmed themselves as victorious against their opponents, in group B Real Madrid loses sensationally at home against the Russians of Shakthar Donetsk, a young and in recent years always at the highest levels in Europe but technically inferior to the Spanish team. After the first 45 'the team coached by Zinedine Zidane is already at a 0-3 disadvantage and despite the fact that in the second half the players attempted a comeback with two goals and a missed penalty in the 90th minute from Valverde, the final game is 2- 3. A very difficult result that throws Real Madrid to the last place in the standings after the first round.

In the same group B, Inter FC did not go beyond the draw against the German Borussia Moenchengladbach 2-2, despite the Milanese team we maintained good ball possession and took the lead in the 49th minute with Lukaku, they saw the comeback score 1-2 after the goal at 63 'and 84' by the visiting team. Only in the 90th minute after a cross in the opponent area, Lukaku manages to score and brings home an unexpected draw. Too many mistakes by the neroazzurri who have suffered the only two dangerous actions of Bayern and who have reached a draw thanks to the precious forward Lukaku who is confirmed to be really the best investment of the club in recent years.

Too easy victory for Bayern Monaco against _ Atletico Madrid_ for a good 4-0. The German team dominated the game and set their game perhaps too easily, to which the Spanish team did not know how to react in time and was literally submerged in goals. A tough but fair result, Bayer Monaco closed the game with 60% ball possession, 5 shots on goal including 4 goals including a brace from striker Coman. The Spanish team was very nervous and closed the match with 4 yellow cards.

Guardiola's Manchester City also easily won 3-1 against Porto, dominating the game and managing it until the end, despite the not exciting start that saw the Portuguese team take the lead in the 14th minute with Diaz. The English team, however, continued to attack, immediately finding a draw in the 20 'with a penalty from Alghero, in the 65' with a goal by Guendogan and finally the 3-1 at 73 with Torres. Manchester City take the lead in Group C, together with Olympiacos who won 1-0 against Marseille with a goal in the 90th minute by Koka.

Another poker of the day of the Atalanta in the home of Mindtjyland who did little against the pressing and the game of the Italian team, undergoing 11 shots on goal. Still in group D, Liverpool comes out victorious by measure at Ajax_ thanks to an own goal in the first half of the Dutch defender.

The Champions League thus closes its first day substantially with the confirmation of all the Big Clubs exclusively for the daring defeat at Real Madrid.
