Mumbai Indians are known to be the slow starters and this year wasn't different for them in the First leg in India.

MI are with 4 wins from the 7 matches they have played and being the defending champions at the same venue, MI will fancy their chances once again!!!

Mumbai Indians are the only team to not have a single change to the team that played in First leg and that will be a confidence booster for them.

Mumbai has allround team with Rohit Sharma and Quinton De Kock providing them good starts and Ishan Kishan, Surya Kumar Yadav, Pandya brothers along with Kieron Pollard giving them good middle order scores along with their bowling unit of Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult, Rahul Chahar and others giving them breakthroughs consistently, they are a happy bunch and definitely, they will fancy their chances again!!!

Mumbai may need another 4 wins from their remaining 7 matches for making it into playoffs.

Rajasthan Royals:

Rajasthan Royals is the team which has lost most players due to injury and various other reasons, but they are also the side which got good replacements.

RR is currently at Fifth position in points table with 3 wins from 7 matches and they need to win atleast 5 matches from their remaining 7 matches for a chance to be in playoffs, but there will be definitely some permutations and combinations for knowing the 4 teams which moves into playoffs.

RR has lost Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes, Andrew Tye and Jos Buttler and they will be replayed by Glenn Phillips, Oshane Thomas, Tabraiz Shamsi and Evin Lewis.

Tabraiz Shamsi and Evin Lewis are coming into RR with good performances in their previous tournaments they played and Glenn Phillips and Oshane Thomas have also had good outings in their previous tournaments.

Overall, RR will have to pull up their socks for a chance to make it to the playoffs.

With players like Sanju Samson, Liam Livingstone and Chris Morris as proven players for them, the new players along with those mentioned will give them more chances of finishing in top 4, one has to wait and see.

Punjab Kings:

Punjab Kings have World class players in KL Rahul, Chris Gayle, Nicholas Pooran, Mohammed Shami yet they struggled last year and this year also, they seems like they are over dependent on their skipper KL Rahul and Chris Gayle as the other players have struggled with the likes of Nicholas Pooran failing to make an impact.

In the Second leg, PBKS will be having Aiden Markram, Nathan Ellis and Adil Rashid instead of Dawid Malan, Riley Meredith and Jhye Richardson.

PBKS have been good with their opening partnership between KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal and their middle order consisting of Chris Gayle, Nicholas Pooran and allrounders Fabian Allen and other Indian players need to raise their game for them to make it to the playoffs but that seems to be a big task with PBKS winning just 3 from 8 matches they played and they have to win atleast 5 of their remaining 6 matches and hope the other results go their way.
