I am following the European Football Championship making previews on all matches while having some fun betting small stakes.
Another pre-game bet winner yesterday while giving a little bit back with the live bets still ending with some profit. Today is the last day of the Group stage with 4 matches being played.

Slovakia vs Spain
Spain showed the same pattern in both of their matches of being the dominant team which was unable to score as they miss a pure striker. This leaves them in a position where they have 2 points and need the win today against Slovakia who has enough with a draw so expect them to go all-out defensive in this match similar to how they played against Sweden (Not to lose which happened eventually). The main question in this match is if and when Spain can break the Slovakia Defense. Once this is done, a 2nd goal should come eventually. The line is set in a way Spain will take an easy win despite there being no indication of this whatsoever in their previous matches. I expect Spain to have all the possession being patient trying to find a way to break the Slovakia defense which might take a while. I took a tiny 0.06 units pre-game trading position on
Slovakia +2 @ 1.813 with an eye to possibly take Spain -1.5 at high odds as a middle position in-game at some point. Spain 1st half team total under is also an option.
Sweden vs Poland
Sweden is known for their solid defense having kept 6 clean sheets in their last 7 matches and they have 4 points which is enough for them to be qualified regardless of what the result is today. Poland on the other hand has only 1 clean sheet in their last 9 matches and no win in their last 6 being rather disappointing against Slovakia and taking the draw against Spain. Lewandowski is their main strength but he alone is not enough for the Polish side to be real competitors. They are required to win if they want to advance so expect Poland to attack while Sweden can lay back and counter. Regardless of what spot position in the group Sweden end at, they should have an ok draw in the next round so there might be a gap in motivation between both teams in a match where a draw is no option for Poland. The main bet I will keep an eye out on is the over and potentially the Sweden team total over as the dynamics of the game give the team with the worst defense an incentive to attack.

Germany vs Hungary
Germany based on 1 excellent performance against Portugal seems to be the team who everyone now sees as one of the main contenders. Germany needs a point while Hungary needs to go for the full win which makes for an interesting setup since I can't see Germany as a team that will crawl back. Hungary has had good performances against Portugal keeping a clean sheet for a long time while taking a draw against France. Odds are set in expectations of the German side to easily win by 3 goals and the game to have plenty of goals. The big difference for Hungary is that they won't be able to count of the home support for this match as it is played in Munchen giving Germany who never had to travel the clear home advantage. I guess that is the main reason why the line is set at -2.25 for the Germans. Germany has no clean sheet in the last 5 matches while Hungary has failed to score in 2 of their last 3 being unbeaten in their last 6.

Portugal vs France
France is the big favorite for the tournament but they haven't exactly convinced yet so far especially in the match against Hungary. Portugal as long as they don't lose by a big margin should qualify with 3 points for the next round while France is already safe. Despite the quality both teams have in the offense, I have a hard time seeing this turn out in a wide-open affair since Portugal should be fine with a 1 goal loss and France has one of the best defenses in the tournament. The only bet I consider taking is France to win by 1 goal @ 3.95 which is a result both should be able to live with.

Thanks for the prediction but for me i domt really think Hungry can score and prevent Germany from keeping a cleansheet.
I didn't watch Spain's match but I was surprised to see that huge result. The match I watched today was Portugal vs France and it was cool. I was happy to see Germany, France, and Portugal qualifying for the next round because they are all great teams and it would have been a big loss of talent to see one of them leave in the group stage.
I am not seeing France as dominating as I expected, in my view they should be the strongest team but their performance in the group stage left much to be desired even though they ended up in the first position. CR7 is the best player so far.
I switched between the Spain and Sweden match in the first half, first goal came too soon for me in Spain after they seemed to be wanting to make a statement as there has been a lot of talk on how they have a hard time scoring.
It will be interesting to see how things go from here on out in the tournament. Traditionally betting gets more difficult I would say as the market by now is getting a much better grip on all these teams.
Belgium vs Portugal in particular I'm looking forward to watching.
