Euro 2020 Semi Finals Previews | Italy vs Spain

I am following the European Football Championship making previews on all matches while having some fun betting small stakes.

I'm still in quite a bad run which I did manage to break with the last 2 bets showing some profit. At this point for me, it's time for the Tournament is over and I'm not sure I'm willing to take more bets just to be sure to end it with a little bit of profit. It's a small miracle that I'm still up after a horror run of going 12 bets without a win of which 10 lost.

Italy vs Spain

At this stage of the tournament, pretty much anything can happen. Italy overall has been the team that looked more impressive of the 2 showing excellent defense winning all 5 of their matches and being unbeaten in a very long time (33 matches). They will be without Leonardo Spinazzola which is a loss in the defense. Their overall style of play has been quite forward and by no means the old catenaccio we are used to from Italy. Spain had the disadvantage of having to play extra time in both their last matches which might be deadly for them on the fatigue level. They are the teams that managed to create a lot of chances while having issues finishing despite the fact that they scored quite some goals in the recent matches. Their defense is not up to the quality of Italy having conceded 5 goals already in the tournament. So overall Italy should be favorite in this match and the main question is by how much. I guess as it's a match where anything can happen, the -0.25 at above even odds feels about right. I have my eye set on Italy +0 @ 1.80 odds at least (it's just below that now). I also would be surprised to see a match where all focus is on defense from both sides and the goal line looks to be set quite low which is pretty standard for these matches. I will be keeping an eye out for something in-game. For now, No Pre-Game Bets

Likely no more pre-game bets in the tournament for the last couple of matches, even no corners :-)
In bets case senario I might have a couple tiny live bets if something looks too good to pass on. I want to end the tournament with profit whic I would have signed for before the first match was played

This is a game that can go either way. I however expect the Italians to see it through based on their impressive run and current form. Would also be looking at the in-play options to see which odds looks more certain.

yeah, everyone pretty much has all the info on these matches and it's not easy to have a real edge on the odds pre-game unless you really are the expert having insights not many others have. in-game should provide better info and maybe a good betting opportunity.
