I ened making a relatively small loss yesterday despite the fact that pre-game selection from the preview ended up winning. It had been that I really liked a bet to the point I was willing to put a full stake bet on it which what I did on Genk late in the match when they were leading 0-2 on the +0 line @ 2.70+ which, unfortunately, saw a red card for them followed by a free-kick as the result of that card going in for Anderlecht which made it hard to recover from. I don't regret taking it though and am quite confident that these positions will continue to see good returns over time. One match again tonight between AA Gent and Club Brugge.

AA Gent vs Club Brugge

Club Brugge played a match against Charleroi last Friday which ended in a 1-1 draw after they played a solid 1st half leading 0-1 to get way too comfortable in the 2nd half against Charleroi who played better and scored the deserved 1-1 in minute 89'. Overall Club Brugge is still head-and-shoulders above the rest in the league and opposing them is right now not on my list of betting options. AA Gent won with 1-0 against Oostende but didn't exactly convince and Oostende always should have scored. Club Brugge will have Dost back in the team and can count on almost their full A-Squad. Odidja who is vital for AA Gent will be back but is still highly uncertain to start. Both by default have coaches that are willing to play forward but it remains the question if Genk is willing to do this. The match against Mechelen a while back also ended in a big disappointment after expecting it would be more open. I had my eye on Club 1H +0 @ 1.70 but once again was not urgent enough to see them drop to 1.60 and lower by now. Club Brugge is an excellent away 1H team and hasn't lost a single one yet this season in the league. The 1H -0.25 has not really moved in odds making me take a small pre-game position on Club Brugge 1H -0.25 @ 2.154. I also have a lean on Club Brugge team total Over 1.5 @ 2.0+ and taking them with the handicap to make a comeback in case they fall behind. There is no direct rush on those since the 1H bet somewhat covers them already which allows me to wait and see how the match picture looks before putting more money in on it. Should be interesting and I'm looking forward to the match!
