Rio de Janeiro City Hall releases public for stadiums
The match between Flamengo and Bangu for the State Championship was the first official game between clubs after the stoppage due to the pandemic and as expected, the media as well as the population were in different opinions about the realization of the soccer matches.
There were even attempts to stop the championship right there, but even so football continues and the games return from July 1st. What now surprises me is the public authorization from the 10th of July by the RIo de Janeiro City Hall.
The measure was published on Friday night (26), now the stadiums will be able to receive 1/3 of its capacity, with a distance of 4m² per person and online sales. I believe that it was not the right time for this public return, with Rio de Janeiro being one of the states that are most affected by Covid-19.
Like many countries that have returned with football, they are holding their games with closed gates and there are several protocols that all the club must follow in order for the matches to continue, but this decision that the public returns to the stadiums I believe that only in Brazil to have that kind of decision.
A partida entre Flamengo e Bangu pelo Campeonato Estadual foi o primeiro jogo oficial entre clubes após a paralisação por conta da pandemia e como era de se esperar, a mídia assim como a população estiveram em diferentes opiniões sobre a realização das partidas de futebol.
Houve até tentativas de que o campeonato parasse ali mesmo, mas mesmo assim o futebol segue e os jogos retornam a partir de 1º de julho. O que agora me deixa surpreso é a autorização de público a partir do dia 10 de julho pela Prefeitura do RIo de Janeiro.
A medida foi publicada na noite de sexta-feira (26), agora os estádios vão poder receber 1/3 de sua capacidade, com distanciamento de 4m² por pessoa e vendas online. Acredito que não era o momento correto para essa volta de público sendo o Rio de Janeiro um dos estados que mais estão prejudicados com o Covid-19.
Assim como muitos países que voltaram com o futebol, estão realizando os seus jogos com portões fechados e existem diversos protocolos que todos do clube devem seguir para que as partidas continuem, mas essa decisão de que o público volte aos estádios eu acredito que só no Brasil para terem esse tipo de decisão.
