Baseball’s bizarre season came to another level when New York entered the Miami Marlins, destroying the Baleshwar home opener and trailing right handed Gareth Cole in a 9-3 victory.

Orioles was originally scheduled to start the main part of the small 60-game schedule against Miami, but the Marlins were ordered to take a break after a number of players and coaches signed a COVID-19 deal within a week.
