Is Sergio Ramos the current best penalty kicker?

I am seeing the statistics from this player and he hasn't missed a penalty for Real Madrid in the last 2 seasons. Last season he scored 8 out of 8 penalties, and this season he has scored 7 out of 7.

After CR7 left this team 2 seasons ago, it would have been hard to think about Sergio Ramos being in charge of the penalties and scoring all of them. I do believe this team still needs a major striker in order to increase its overall performance when attacking, but so far they are surviving. In the last 3 matches, they have only scored 3 goals, 1 on each match. It is clear this team has serious problems when it comes to attacking but thanks to its defense they have managed to win the matches.

Barcelona, on the other hand, has a much better attack but a less reliable defense. Just in today's match, they scored 4 goals but of the last 5 matches, they only managed to win 2 of them. The Spanish League is not decided yet but after this important week, it certainly looks like Madrid is going to be the new champion.

The Italian League looks like it is going to Juventus again. Countries like Italy, France, and Germany always seem to have the same champion year after year. England is usually the one most difficult to predict but this year Liverpool was superb!

Next month there will be the Champions League and I think the lack of competitive play in the following weeks for teams such as PSG, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City could end up affecting their performances. Real Madrid and Barcelona still have 4 important matches that will decide who is the champions and this will make sure the players are still focused and in perfect shape

But anyway, is Sergio Ramos the current best penalty kicker?
