3 Days Of Natural Workout.

Last week i helped my parents move for 3 days straight,i got more workout those 3 days than i have in many many years.

It made me realize i really need to set up a workout plan because after these days i was so done,my back and neck hurt a lot from lifting the heavy boxes and furniture and i could barely move my body after.

I am soon 27 years old and my health should really not be this bad, even my parents that are 60+ have more energy than me and my dad said something in the car when they drove me home to my apartment...

"You really need to do something with your health,i don't want my son to die before me,i don't wanna have to bury you"

Those words hit me hard so I am now promising myself that from now on I will take care of my health,both physical and mental so i am gonna set up this workout plan and cut down on eating so much bad snacks all the time.

Time for a new me!
