Bodily exercise: my medication

This is my personal experience , it may not be captured in a professional sense of it but i do believe if you patiently read down, it will bless you in no small way.

For quite a long time people around me do believe am a very strong person and that my immune system is unexplainable, many do want to know how i manage to engage myself in so much activities without breaking down in health.
seriously at the very early stage of my life, I never knew why but I so much did fall in love with exercise and i must confess that today I have no regret.

in very simple terms exercise a bodily or mental exertion, especially when the end point train or improve health condition.

I want to share with you the kind of simple exercise l do engage in, how I got committed to them and the benefit and joy that l do practically gain from them.

Long distance Walk

this one is really a testimony, I was privilege to grow up at a location were farm work (Agriculture) was the major economic activities and the sources of livelihood for the masses so l was exposed to tracking a long distance for farm cultivation and most times you are left with no option than to carry some loads on your head. on reaching home from the farm the load will be put off our head then my mum will call us out to stretch our legs and hands before taking a deep bath. i seriously had to engage this kind of exercise even when l went to the college, after l was done with the college, l continued the exercises and up till date I still walk around my office, climb the stir case

JOGGING

jogging is running at a slow or gentle pace, it is very easy to engage, you do not necessarily need a machine to aid jogging effectively but if you have what it takes to buy one for your self and family, that will be a plus.

I must say here that every class of persons can effectively engage in the jogging exercise without cost, the poor, the average, the rich and the wealthy can engage, trust me on this, if you waiting for the time you can buy one for yourself, please wake up and begin the engagement now.

Jogging may also be used as a warm up or cool down for runners, preceding or following a workout or race. It is often used by serious runners as a means of active recovery during interval training. For example, a runner who completes a fast 400 meter repetition at a sub-5-minute mile pace (3 minute km) may drop to an 8-minute mile jogging pace (5 minute km) for a recovery lap.
Jogging can be used as a method to increase endurance or to provide a means of cardiovascular exercise but with less stress on joints or demand on the circulatory system.

Benefits
jogging is effective in increasing human lifespan, and decreasing the effects of aging, with benefits for the cardiovascular system. Jogging is useful for fighting obesity and
also staying healthy.

The National Cancer Institute has performed studies that suggest jogging and other types of aerobic exercise can reduce the risk of lung, colon, breast and prostate cancers, among others.[8] It is suggested by the American Cancer Society that jogging for at least 30 minutes five days a week can help in cancer prevention.
jogging on a treadmill will provide health benefits such as cancer prevention, and aid in weight loss.
a study published in BMC Public Health reports that jogging outdoors can have the additional benefits of increased energy and concentration. Jogging outdoors is a better way to improve energy levels and advance mood than using a treadmill at the gym

Jogging also prevents muscle and bone damage that often occurs with age, improves heart performance and blood circulation and assists in preserving a balanced weight gain.

Cycling

cycling is simply the use of bicycle for transportation or movement from place to another. you can get a bicycle around you and learn how to ride , while ridding the bicycle you can choose to stand or as well seat but the beautiful thing is that all the moveable part of body will effectively be impacted.

you may not be able to plenty of it per time but for me l just try about 5-10 at minimum, depending on your strength.

Indeed, as long as Bible supports that bodily exercise profits little, then a dosage of it is necessary quite often.

It is very important to do a bodily exercise,even the medical practitioner made it know that it keeps the body in good shape and makes the body more healthy,that is why it is advisable to always have at least 15minutes of exercise every morning
