Happy new month to all sports lovers, today I will wrap up all the actions that took place this weekend, in the premier league.

Starting with the match between Arsenal vs Newcastle United in the premier league. It was a fantastic display at the London stadium were Arsenal push hard to get three points from this match. The first goal was scored by the Arsenal midfielder Eleny, his first goal in the premier league this season. While the Arsenal captain sealed up the scoring line with a nice come back to the team, as he scored a fantastic finish in the second halve.
Moving over to the north London derby at Old Trafford, were the match between Man United and Liverpool was postponed due to the protest that happened at Old Trafford and it was recorded over 200 fans were out for the protest. The date is yet to be announced as well.

But Man utd still have work to do, concerning their second leg match with Roma in the Europa League, after a deserved win (6-0) last week.
As for the players, they were still in their club hotels while an urgent meeting was held by security staff at old Trafford.
It was a huge disappointment for all the fans from around the world as this long awaited match was postponed. I mean things like this should not be happening in the premier league and in a club like Man United, am not saying the fans are wrong but the club should also pay attention to the fans, the deserve to be heard and whatever the problem is, it should be settled.
On the other hand, Tothenham were set to battle with Sheffield united in the premier league. And Tottenham had a wonderful evening by finding the back of the net four times, goals were scored by Gareth Bale and that was a hadtrick for him and Son gave the finishing touch in the 77th minutes of the game.
Still on football matters, the Nigerian international, Samuel Chukwueze has been nominated for then player of the month in the Spanish Laliga.
Also, Olan Shearer the former England Forward and Olan Tierney who was also a player in Arsenal in the 1990’s has been inaugurated into the premier league Hall of Fame, a big congratulation to them.
