DO YOU THINK THOMAS TUCHEL IS A BETTER COACH TO CHELSEA THAN FRANK LAMPARD

Speculation has it that Chelsea Managers sacked Frank Lampard only to bring in Ex PSG manager Thomas Tuchel as Chelsea's new coach and I begin to wonder, is that going to solve the problem of Chelsea's bad match lately?

Although we still blame Frank Lampard former Chelsea's coach for his inability to bring out new tactics that will work for the team, notwithstanding, blaming only the coach to the extent of sacking him is what I feel has gone too far so I think blaming the club, in general, is the best and giving Frank Lampard a chance to prove his worth as a Chelsea Coach would have been better inasmuch as, we know Chelsea manager never gives their coach the opportunity to prove themselves in the team.

It is no longer a piece of news that since the Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich in 2003 purchased Chelsea their record of being unbeatable was broken and not only that, their constant sacking of coaches has increased tremendously.

We also know that they are the most successful English team with 11 trophies in the past decade and that is why their consistent changing of the coach isn't a bother to them neither is it affecting the team.

Even though I know that Ex PSG manager Thomas Tuchel isn't an amateur coach and also, has nothing to show forth since his coaching career began in 2007.

For me, I feel Frank Lampard would have changed a lot in Chelsea if he was given the chance considering that he was once a legend of the team as a player before he became the manager of the team and currently the outgoing manager of the team.

He is of a better understanding of how Chelsea works and would have been the best coach to have corrected and molded Chelsea to the expectations of the manager.

His sack is really heartwrenching just after 18months of being a coach, he was sacked. This is really going to be a bad omen on his carer as a coach and I just hope Chelsea's manager doesn't regret losing him.

Do you think the Chelsea team Is making the wrong coach by replacing Frank Lampard with Thomas Tuchel? I can't say for real because I think they have their reasons to have picked Thomas Tuchel as the new Chelsea coach.

I think it's too early to debate on this. The new Chelsea coach needs some more time to show his capability. For me, I think Lampard's sack was too sudden. He would have coped over time.

Well, you are not wrong about that but since both men are coach, there might have been something about Thomas that made them sack Lampard so sudden. They should have given Lampard some time to show his capability as a coach in Chelsea but I think the managers were really in a rush to get Thomas.
