The Unexpected Victory

Yesterday at Stamford Bridge Arsenal whipped the asses of Chelsea in their own home. The game was indeed a disappointing game as we all expected Chelsea to send Arsenal back to their own home with sorrow but as usual, it was the opposite.

Who would have thought that in their wildest dream, Chelsea will dig their own downfall with their own hands in their own home? It is incredible how a small team like arsenal could swipe the Chelsea team out of their feet

Although they had great possessions of the ball and tried twice to make a goal for themselves, unfortunately, the day wasn't suitable for them.

If ever there was news that a small team like Arsenal could go against Chelsea and beat them in just 16 minutes after the game started. It shows that Chelsea still got a lot of work to do if they really want to finish this season standing spectacularly in the fourth position to the end.

Thomas Tuchel’s team ego was demolished and brought down to earth with just a little bump from Arsenal and it was a spectacular one as it was from a team like Arsenal.

I guess they loosed guard and felt they are once again the unbeatable team and unfortunately they gifted Arsenal a win in their own home.

They were indeed unlucky as they missed chance after chance and twice hit the bar but got nothing. Arsenal player on the other hand Emile Smith Rowe put smiles on Arsenal teams faces as he took advantage of a Jorginho mistake and made for the net.

I guess they were proud of themselves for getting the first goal in Chelsea's own home as they sat back and watch the Chelsea team struggle to make an equalizer but failed woefully.

Since 2003/2004, they were finally able to whip Chelsea team asses once again. The frustration was evident on Chelsea's head coach face Thomas Tuchel as he saw that Arsenal got away with it.

Chelsea team lacked concentration and focus which we can't tell why, perhaps it was due to the several changes Thomas Tuchel made from the team that had beaten City.

Fortunately for the Chelsea team, they are still lucky to still be in the top four finish but got to work hard and put more performance and hope their luck return to them once more in the remaining matches they've got if they really want to finish in the top-four.

They still got the FA Cup and Champions League finals to play, so much effort they need to put in. Due to the expensive error from Jorginho, Chelsea has just missed a golden opportunity of adding more points to their current points to be able to grasp the fourth position with their hands but failed to grab that chance thanks to another defensive error.

Unfortunately, for the Chelsea team, they had lost each of their eight home games and yesterday's game against Arsenal counts it to nine home games.

It is a bad one for the Chelsea team as they let their fans down on Wednesday and the worst part is that since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel, many of us have seen the good in Chelsea and would bet for their victory in such a game as this but for the first time since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel, disappointed is written in the faces of people who trusted their ability to take down the Arsenal team yesterday.

For the second time in this season, the Arsenal team has found a way to beat the Blues. It was indeed an unexpected and awful game coming from the Chelsea team.
