As a Panthers fan, well as much as I can be on the other side of the world, I want to see Cam succeed but that being said, the way that he was behaving his last 2 seasons with Carolina kind of made me understand how unstable mentally this guy is. He thinks that HE owns the team. This might be a chess move on the part of Robert Kraft to keep the guy in check. Dude is going to play better (maybe) if he realizes that they actually do have alternatives to him.

Yeah I remember all of that but in his defense the offensive line was extremely ineffective at protecting him and he was getting absolutely rocked just about every game. I'm sure this caused some problems in the locker-room and when he started shouting at the owners, well, I was kind of surprised that any other team picked him up since I am sure all the owners to some degree are in a special club with one another.
