Jadon Sancho tore up the rule book
Jadon Sancho tore up the rule book. 📚
Southerners don't go up north. Sancho left Watford to join Manchester City at 14. 🧭
English players don't move abroad. Sancho left City to join Borussia Dortmund at 17. ✈️
Teenagers are meant to keep their head down and toe the line. Sancho took Dortmund's no.7 shirt after Ousmane Dembele's £135.5m departure to Barcelona and set about putting experienced Bundesliga defenders on highlight reels. 🎥

From David Beckham delivering laser-guided missiles into the box as only a man born in Whipps Cross hospital could, to Cristiano Ronaldo reinventing what it meant...

Quite a journey for the young English man. Never knew he played for the citizens at some point. He seems like a really adventurous player having Departed to Germany at a young age. Something most English players wouldn't do.
Glad Manchester United had to bring him back to his country. Would following him closely and looking to see the performances and displays he brings to his new Club. Hope he causes nightmares for the English defenders too.
