Good morning to www.sportstalksocial.com with good practice to Hive from Bulgaria 🇧🇬


Started the day with my morning walk with Guru, she was waiting for Bruno but unfortunately, they didn't meet today yet...

Then I when to see my friend @wizdombg at his studio, for his morning class with Hugo. He's been working with him for quite a while now, and the process is very good so far.

Here they are doing posture called “Superman”
Very good to practice it engages multiple muscle groups.

And here he's showing a good twist posture that also helps you work on multiple muscle groups you can see it in his video as well.
Start from the top and twist the right hand to the left ankle.
