Day 5 of the IPL 2021. Today's match was between Mumbai Indians [MI] and Kolkota Knight Riders [KKR]

Statistics - KKR has lost 10 out of the 11 matches they have played against MI.
Can they break this today?

Match Statistics:

KKR won the toss and elected to field

MI scored 152/10 in 20 overs. MI had good partnerships, but in the end overs they lost 6 wickets and added only 29 runs.
Andrew Russell took 5 wickets for 15 runs

In reply, KKR started with a blast. They were crusing along very nice. But then wickets started falling and in the end they managed only 142/7 in 20 overs

MI won the match by 10 runs

Analysis

KKR bowled very well and restricted MI score.
But, they made mistakes while batting, too many bad shots lead to pressure.
If one of the batsman had played sensibly, they may have won the match.

MI lower batting did not kick today.
But, the bowlers bowled superbly. Once they got a break through they started applying more pressure.
Key bowler was Rahul chahar who took 4 wickets and bowled economically.
But, the last two overs by Bhumra and Bolt, sealed the match for MI

5 times defending champion MI, surely have shown that they can defend a low total.
