Recap of my UFC pick two weeks ago:

I chose Leon Edwards to beat Belal Muhammad. Edwards was winning the fight and then he poked Belal Muhammed in the eye in the second round. Belal couldn't continue and the fight was ruled a no contest. A no contest means it's neither a win,loss, or draw. It's basically as if the fight got cancelled.

My pick for today's UFC:

Stipe Miocic (2.21) vs Francis N'Gannou (1.72)

Not much has changed since the first fight. N'Gannou is still the most feared fighter in the UFC. His last four fights shows why as he has finished all of them quickly in the very first round via KO or TKO. His KO power is incredible. Possibly the hardest puncher in UFC history. Champion Stipe meanwhile still can't get respect as he comes into this fight as an underdog despite beating N'Gannou in their first match via decision three years ago as well as having beaten one of the GOATs in Daniel Cormier in his last fight.

A win here would probably cement Stipe's case as being the greatest heavyweight the UFC has ever had. A loss would be disastrous as at age 38, he would have to work his way back to a title shot and might be in his forties by then.

My pick is Stipe. He knows he has to take N'Gannou down to win. N'Gannou can end the fight with one punch at any time, but Stipe has shown that he is one of the few people who can actually take down N'Gannou. Can he do it for five rounds? I hope so, because...
