[ESP-ING] WEST HAM UNITED y su sorpresiva lucha por puesto de EUROPA esta temporada.
Un equipo acostumbrado históricamente a estar en la parte media-baja de la Premeir League y estar cada cierto tiempo disputando una o dos campañas en segunda división antes de regresar a la máxima categoría, el West Ham a sorprendido de manera positiva esta temporada colocándose en posiciones altas históricas en puesto de Europa, pero ¿cual es el secreto para el cambio tan repentino entre temporadas?
Tres nombres muy marcados en la cancha para poder hacer esta campaña exitosa tiene este West Ham el delantero Michail Antonio que es el encargado de luchar cuerpo a cuerpo con las defensas rivales para arrastrar marcas y poder finalizar las jugadas creados por su compañeros, Declan Rice el joven capitán con mucho potencial por explotar que tiene este conjunto que su labor en el medio del campo en acciones defensivas para cortar los ataques rivales y a partir de un corte de balón de él iniciar una rápida jugada en contraataque y el Checo Tomáš Souček que ha diferencia de su compañero en el mediocampo su labor esta enfocada a la ofensiva y sus 9 goles la mayoría proveniente de remates de cabeza lo colocan como sorpresivo máximo goleador del equipo en la presente temporada.
Si comparamos la tabla de posiciones de la Premier hasta la fecha actual de esta temporada con la pasada notaremos un declive muy evidente de parte de los equipos que son consideramos parte del Big six, conjuntos como el Arsenal haciendo una campaña para el olvido en media tabla y hasta cerca del descenso en jornadas anteriores otros como el Tottenham de Mourinho que la misión era estar entre los primeros cuatros lugares para estar la próxima temporada en champions league y un actual 6to puesto tiene margen de mejora y el caso más particular el actual campeón el Liverpool, los de Anfield actualmente pasan por una seguidilla de partidos negativos como local algo muy poca acostumbrado y que lo relega al 7mo puesto fuera de toda competición europea sin duda una combinación de varios factores como resultados oportunos por parte de West ham con los equipos de la zona baja de la tabla y la disminución del nivel acostumbrado por los grandes del país le permiten al conjunto de Londres estar en un 5to puesto muy lejos del descenso.
Claramente el técnico Inglés cambio la manera de hacerle llegar el mensaje a sus dirigidos comparándolo con de la temporada anterior que se salvaron del descenso con apenas 5 puntos de ventaja a final de la campaña a pesar de estar en la parte de arriba de la Premier si a valor de nominas se refiere, muy cuestionado fue Moyes por el pasado año tan flojo por parte de su equipo por la liga pero que para sorpresa de algunos fue ratificado en su puesto como manager y esa apuesta por parte de los altos mandos del club esta dejando buenos dividendos coqueteando con entrar en Europa para la próxima temporada con actuaciones individuales y conjuntas destacadas por parte de los jugadores del West Ham demuestran que se trabajó en el verano en el poder de convencer y motivar de hacer lo inesperado en el campo de juego.

Es sentido común y de ética entre creadores de contenido.
Una plataforma que posee escasez en la piscina de recompensas (porque éstas son limitadas), tiene para repartir a la mayor cantidad de usuarios que sea posible. Hacer lo que usted hace, es como decir a otros creadores de la plataforma: "lo quiero todo para mí".
Así lo veo y puede que yo no tenga la razón. Pero, por eso mismo, se dispuso el sistema de dar downvote cuando no estamos de acuerdo con un comportamiento.
