Muchas cosas han pasado desde la última vez que escribí un post en la comunidad, una de ellas y quizás la más importante con respecto al tema que me encanta hablar y escribir el de Mi Querido Chelsea Fc, fue la destitución de una leyenda del club, el reconocido ex jugador Frank Lampard, y tras su marcha la llegada del alemán Tomas Tuchel, TT para los amigos.

Lo admito y es que el despido de Frank me dolió mucho, pensé que las personas que dirigen y toman las desiciones en Chelsea habían aprendido algo en todo este tiempo, pero no, siguen teniendo poca paciencia con los técnicos y los siguen echando sin importarle que sean leyendas del club, simplemente si lo funcionan, se van. No hay tiempo ni espacio para que estos puedan desarrollar un estilo de juego y afianzar este estilo con los jugadores que tienen disponibles.

Tras los rumores y su eventual partida, estaba escéptico de quien sería el próximo técnico y dudaba de que alguno pudiera enmendar el rumbo del equipo. Para mí el técnico que debía llegar era el italiano Massimiliano Alegri, pues es un técnico ganador que ha dirigido a un gran equipo y ha sabido sacarlo campeón, pero no Alegri no llegó.

Con Tuchel tenía mis dudas la verdad es que no me impresionaba su trayectoria como técnico, si lo había visto y seguido en el Borussia Dormund y lo que había hecho allí, y su más reciente trabajo con el PSG llevándolo a su primera final de Champions League. La verdad es que eso no me impresionaba, puesto que no había salido campeón y dice un dicho que nadie se acuerda de los segundos lugares.

¿Pero qué ha cambiado con Tuchel?

Lo primero y quizás esto no sea solamente por la llegada del alemán sino algo más bien individual y es el gran nivel en la portería, Edoard Mendy es prácticamente imbatible en estos momentos. Es absolutamente impresionante lo que está haciendo en el arco blue, una solidez en el arco que cada semana vuelve a demostrar y callar bocas de los más escépticos que no creen en el aun.

La vuelta a la línea de cinco defensores que tanto le funcionó a Antonio Conte y que también le funcionó en el primer año Lampard cuando este lo utilizó. La línea de cinco o de tres defensores como se quiera ver es la línea que más favorece a los blues pues se reparten las obligaciones defensivas y al parecer resta mucha presión a algunos jugadores en la parte de atrás del campo.

En esta parte quiero destacar el impresionante nivel que están teniendo algunos jugadores como lo son Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, quienes se han convertido en parte fundamental del esquema de Tuchel y con sus actuaciones refuerzan la confianza que el técnico ha puesto en ellos.

La delantera es la parte que ha estado más floja con Tuchel sin embargo, se han visto cambios notables en algunos jugadores que antes no funcionaban con Lampard, caso de Kai Havertz a quien le he visto con unas ganas de jugar y demostrar que está para grandes cosas, pues parece haber dejado esa lentitud y parsimonia.
