Sporting memory : doing exercise after a long time
Hello everyone hope you all have fun day.
Exercise they say is fitness and leads to healthy body.
Being in a group is fun and some time stressful. During the lock down period I joined a group of friends to exercise every morning, Though it wasn't easy at first but I try because I really wanted to be flexible a little. Because I was gaining weight rapidly and I needed to do some thing fast in other not to be too fat. I joined morning training where I will wake up very early in the morning by 5:00am and start jogging to the training ground on reaching there without wasting time I was instructed by the coach
To jogged round the field 10 time and this make me breath faster I couldn't even close my mouth again I was breathing through my mouth. Before I gain my stamina back, it wasn't easy.
Secondly was bending and touching of my two legs as you can see in the picture.
Next one was sit up and this is the most hardest exercise ever, I struggle to sit up for about 15minute after a while I was able to flow with others. I even did it pass the number given by the coach till I was begged to stop.

The one I did not enjoy but since I didn't have any choice than to joined them was the one
You will sit straighten your legs and your two hand this one really cause me pains in my back and lower abdomen but according to my coach it is the best for flattened of tummy.
I really enjoy the exercise but the only issue I had was after the exercise, I began to feel pains all over my body, lower abdomen, all my joints I couldn't squats, jump, laugh for some days and I was instructed not to take any drugs that it will goes by itself that my muscle is working I shouldn't only used warm water to press that area and that is exactly what happened after some days the pains disappear and I was fine and agile again.
I discover that is good to exercise all the time it might not necessary be in a group doing it yourself at home help a lots. Since then this is what I have been doing so that body will be flexible.
