Basically just create a video of yourself doing as many push-ups as you can, upload it to threespeak in the Sports Talk Social community with the tag Sportpushupchallenge, then post a link to your video in the comments of @edprivat's original post. Easy-peasy.
My Experience with the Challenge
I originally attempted the challenge a few days ago but had to stop from laughing. I made it to about 25 push-up or so before my cat got curious and decided to step in front of the camera and put her butt in my face. I tried again later outdoors but had a similar experience, only this time I made it to only 10 push-ups or so before she sat down directly in front of the camera completely blocking its view from me. Too tired to try again I figured I just have another go at it in the morning. Turns out that not doing any exercise for an extended period of time has an effect on a person though. My chest was so stiff and sore the next day that there was no way I could do any decent amount of push-ups so I had to wait a few day.
Its been three days since that first attempt and I feel pretty good now so here goes!
Well, I ended up doing 42 by my count. Not great but also not horrendous either. I'll take it!

Haha I wanted to post the cat video but I couldn't figure out how to post more than one video on threespeak. Is there a way? I wish I could post videos on peakd.

Its weird, I have seen people post multiple short video clips embedded in their post, but I can't figure out how to do it myself. Maybe they turn them into a gif or something? I'll have to ask the person next time I see one of those posts.
I saw EdPrivat did something like that in one of his garden posts, but I suppose it was a gif thing? Otherwise, it can be various YouTube videos for example, or , you can embed various already uploaded and published 3speak videos, but then you should state they are already published. Don't know, maybe even decline the rewards of that new post- if not a significantly new content. If it is just one same video and no new content in writing either - well, that is a big no-no (but you would never do that, I suppose :) )

For me, I just wanted to post a few of my own short video clips throughout a post. Maybe I'll ask @edprivat about it at some point, next time he does one of his posts about working around the house.
Just for you @livinguktaiwan I could only figure out how to do it as a gif. This is the 2nd attempt with the cat
